Our ambition is to build a product that connects raw, siloed data and serves accurate insights from that data with no engineering efforts at all. We are able to do this because we live at a unique time in history when LLM technology is just becoming good enough to perform the task, if harnessed skillfully.
Data democratization is about more than just secure access to data. It’s also the enablement to leverage it effectively. At our customers, data will truly be democratized. No blockers on engineering, no blockers on managers. Just raw decision-making and action.

We’re looking for an experienced backend engineer to join our team. AstroBee is still in an “alpha” stage, so you will be instrumental in shaping our architecture and approach to get great performance.
We are a small team of highly autonomous engineers, and you’ll be given autonomy and independence in turn. Our commitment is to shipping fast, learning fast, and building a product that changes the way the global workforce interfaces with data.
Please note: Most of our team is remote but we are kicking off an in-person presence in NYC with our CEO. For our NYC presence, we value in-person collaboration and will establish a hybrid, flexible culture with colocation opportunities at our HQ in Williamsburg. We see it as a way to achieve our mission faster, in an environment of rapid ideation, strong alignment, and that energy that makes work more fun.
